In accordance with F.S. 943.0433 (6) and Rule 11D-11, the section requiring the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to create and maintain the Solicitation for Prostitution Public Database stands repealed as of January 1, 2024.

Records related to the database will be maintained in accordance with Chapter 119, F.S. and record retention policies.
